Directly from you (IPP3)

Indirectly from third parties (IPP3A)

We may also collect information about you from:

  • Employers or clients
  • Referees
  • Recruitment partners
  • Probity checking providers
  • Job boards and CV databases
  • LinkedIn or publicly available sources
  • People who refer you to us

Under IPP3A, when we collect your information from someone else, we will take reasonable steps to notify you as soon as practicable, unless an exception applies.

  • The types of organisations we may share it with (e.g., employers in relevant industries)
  • Our agency’s name and contact details

  • Whether the collection is required or authorised by law (generally it is not)

Notification may occur via email, SMS, phone call, or through our registration process.
